So, my due date officially came and went yesterday and still no baby. My doctors initial prediction that she may arrive a little early turned out to be not so true and I am trying to wait as patiently as possible for her to arrive!
I stopped working last Tuesday to stay home and supervise the construction in our house, but they finished that on Thursday and I have just been taking it easy since then. I am totally out of projects to complete at the house and am seriously getting bored! I know, I know, I should enjoy this time of relaxation because it may be 18+ years till I have an empty house but it is just not in my nature to be doing nothing. I don't want to get too involved in a major project at this point and I already organized and cleaned every corner of the house months ago so my days consist of sleeping in, watching TV, walks and piddling around the house. I have added decorative trim to 2 lampshades at this point. I am getting desperate.
If she doesn't decided to come on her own, we have decided to induce on Friday so we will be headed to the hospital super early in the morning. I will keep you all posted. Thank you for your thoughtful emails and prayers!
