Happy 200 Posts!

It seems crazy, but this is my 200th post since I started the blog in January! I have to admit, I am pretty proud of myself and I have learned so much over the last 8 months or so. It might not always be easy to do 5-6 posts a week but I really do enjoy it and so many of you tell me how much you enjoy it as well so it is all worth it.

In honor of 200, I wanted to share pictures of number-theme nurseries with everyone but I really couldn't find any! Lots of letters but numbers don't seem to be a popular theme. I thought surely there would be some brainiac parents out there that took their love of numbers and math into their baby's room but a guess not! Instead, here are some ideas you can use as accents in your room:
Wall Clocks - Not just for telling time. Clocks can be a fun artistic piece and later, an educational tool. I just saw really cool ones at SteinMart that have free-standing numbers you mount on the wall, with the arms in the center.

Growth Charts - Decorative and functional - check out this one from etsy.com seller Janey Mac She has a ton of great wall decals in her shop
Number Art - On a poster or canvas they are cute and can be used later. This one from oompa.com has a great color combo of aqua and pea green.

And last but not least, for you football fans, how cute is this wall treatment with football yardlines? Add a decal of your favorite college or pro team and this is a room Dad will want to spend more time in!

Thanks again everyone for all of your support! If there is anything you love seeing on the site, or want to see, feel free to drop me a line at customnurseryart (at) gmail.com. I can always use more ideas and inspiration!

I just adore your blog. You are such an inspiration as I am 'creating' our little boy's nursery for his arrival in November! Thank you so much for all of your great ideas!!

Congrats! A "number bedding" I loved, but could never find all the pieces for, is Dwell Studio-School Book. I found the crib skirt at Target, but couldn't find the other pieces.
