Over Thanksgiving I made a very special delivery to my little cousin Andrew for his big boy room. You see, Andrew's Mom is an environmentalist and animal lover (notice I didn't say tree hugger Mary!) and his Dad is a big-time hunter. So when Andrew wanted to hang a deer mount in his room, they compromised and I painted him one instead.
Designed to match his camo bedding set, this deer was carefully painted as The Husband coached me on proportion and antler size. I think he is a nice 10 point if you ask me........Not something I would hang in my room but adorable and age appropriate for a future hunter. Only in Texas, only in Texas folks.
