Here they are, for all the blog world to see!  Maybe I should print this out and post it near my desk to keep my accountable......
1. drink more water
I was really good about this when I was pregnant, and I successfully gave up my lunch time soda while I was pregnant.  But I have gotten bad about not drinking enough water
2. no baked goods for the month of January
Cookies and baked goods at the office and my one weak spot.  To get out of the habit of craving cupcakes, I am not going to eat them for a whole month
3. exercise twice a week
This may not seem like a hard goal to achieve for most, but for me it is realistic.  For sure I will do pilates on Wednesday at my office gym, and I will add in a workout video/yoga or zumba once a week
4. accessorize more and put more effort into my outfits
Since sleep is a priority, I have gotten sloppy in my outfit creating for work.  I still look put together, but I haven't been putting much effort into my outfits.  So I plan to step it up!
5. prioritize my time better
The Husband would say this is my weakness.  I want to do too many things, so I end up doing a poor job at most of them and feeling overwhelmed.  I will only do things that are important, and I will commit to them 100%.
6. organize and keep it that way
With 4 days off between Christmas and New Year's, I was able to do a lot of cleaning and organizing around the house.  The last step to is build a shelf to hold plastic tubs in the garage and then I will be totally organized.  I really want to maintain my organization throughout the year.
And to start my new year off right, I am going to make and sip this "holiday cleanse" drink all week long at work.  Heated up, it is supposed to cleanse my liver and help me detox.

8 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
8 oz. unsweetened pomegranate juice
7 cups water
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
pinch ground cloves
