I guess its because we live in Texas, but I love cowhide rugs! We got one for Blake's parents a few years ago, and I love it. I have been wanting one in our house, too, I just haven't bought one yet. I actually have a decorator coming sometime soon to help me brainstorm ideas to finish up decorating my house. My goal is to have it all done, details and all, by Hadley's first birthday. So I have about 8 months to go.
Anyway, I love that cowhide rugs have been popping up in nurseries everywhere. Layered over carpet, hardwoods, or ever another rug, it adds interest and warmth to the space. And they way Baby H loves textures, I can imagine she would love to lay on the rug and feel the soft fur.
