A few weekends ago we traveled to Houston to celebrate our Nephew's first birthday. Everyone had a great time and since we all call him our little monkey, he had a monkey theme party. Here are some of my favorite pics from the party:
Sock monkeys wrapped around a tree in the entry way. So cute and you can use them afterward!

She made this monkey rice krispie treat cake using a Wilton cake pan from Hobby Lobby. Directions for the treat can be found here.

As if that wasn't cute enough, check out these monkey cupcakes. You can use banana or white box mix, and decorate with chocolate frosting, M&Ms stuck on with icing, mini Oreos and ginger snaps broken in half. They were a huge hit with adults and kiddos!

On the way out, guest grabbed a treat bag with a little tag that said "Thanks for monkeying around with me!" Did I even spell that right?
