Think this came out of a design catalog? Think again! You too can make this adorable window frame. Hope on over to CraftyNest to follow all the steps.I think it would look great horizontally behind a crib. You can do the window frame in any color or stain, and even use scrapbook paper instead of wallpaper for the panels. ThriftyDecorChick did a similar project, but with out the frame:
